Air-cooled UV vacuum pumps combine high vacuum, large capacity, fault-free performance and lower power consumption better than any other vacuum system today.
With capacities from 250 m3/hr up to 3250 m3/hr and a final vacuum of 0.5 mbar abs.

The blowers are made of cast iron with rotors in carbon steel or in spherical cast iron depending on the size. These materials assure good performancce in standard operating conditions with gases or vapours.

Receivers are equipped with tangential inlet, central outlet and wide connection section. The combination of cyclone and decanting effects pre-filter dusts and separate liquids. The QV series are equipped with manholes. They are used to cover peak demands and suitable for all applications.

Condensate drainers allow recovery of liquids from vacuum systems without interrupting the system’s operation.

Separate and retain particles from the media sucked before entering the pump. They can be combined with BP bypass piping with single or double solution filter. This filter is used in the bricks and tiles industry, in the food industry (pasta) and in all applications where dust particles are present.

DVF200
Filter demister separators, combine three stages (cyclone, decanting and filtering) in order to separate the liquid phase of oil or condensate from the air. The built-in condensate drainer can be emptied with the filter in operation. These devices are used in the hollow glass industry, in the drying and the degassing industry.
Available from DN125 to DN300 sizes. Strongly recommended in all industrial oil mist processes.
